Once a mighty main
Title:  Once a mighty main
Description:  The Hiawatha Job rolls along tracks at 10 mph that were once a mighty mainline. There used to be two tracks here and this route used to go all the way to the West Coast. Now, thanks to short sightedness, it is cut in two at Hiawatha Ave.

End of the Line
Title:  End of the Line
Description:  Today, the Commercial made a special trip down the Hiawatha Line to bring 25 cars into storage. Here we see the 2002 at what is literally the end of the line these days. Even though it was pouring rain, me and some other railfans were out shooting this very rare and neat move. Picture was taken just south of 45th St E and Hiawatha Ave.
